Mogil Realty Group believes in making the most out of every property and every client relationship. We are proud to work directly with our landlords and tenants, both nationally and locally, to add value to our properties.
Greg started Mogil Realty Group on Long Island in 2006. Since then he has worked with and represented numerous prominent, national clients such as 7-Eleven and Chase Bank. Greg specializes in medical deals, with clients such as Northwell Health and Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America, as well as restaurant and hospitality deals. A native New Yorker, Greg grew up in Floral Park and now lives in Islip with his wife and two children. In 2012, Greg and his wife founded Gavin’s Got Heart, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of congenital heart defects and supporting families with children affected by CHDs. In their free time, the Mogil family enjoys boating, playing tennis and skiing.
Ray has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and with Mogil Realty Group since 2018. Prior to joining Greg and his team, Ray was a tenant representative for 15 years, with notable clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Northwell Health, Citibank, Bank of Smithtown, 7-Eleven and Dunkin Donuts, and he also specializes in retail and medical real estate transactions throughout the tri-state area. Born and raised in Bay Shore, New York, Ray has taken a personal interest in focusing on the revitalization of downtown Bay Shore since 2003 and has continued to do so since joining Mogil Realty Group. He played an integral part in bringing new restaurants to the area, such as Aji 53, Verde Kitchen and Cocktails, Coastal Kitchen and Bay Shore Bean, to name a few, as well as assisting in the growth of the medical office market throughout the area. Ray continues to focus on the tenant representation side of the industry while also broadening his expertise and experience into the development side of the business, including land acquisitions, investment sales and leasing for developers and property owners.
Jake grew up watching his whole family work in sales and knew that someday he would do the same. At 19, he secured his first job in real estate in the residential sector, and just four years later he was voted Top 20 Under 40 by the Long Island Board of Realtors. When Greg Mogil introduced Jake to the commercial and new development side of real estate, Jake was eager to make the switch and work under Greg’s tutelage. Jake is continuously broadening his knowledge of the industry and enjoys brainstorming with his colleagues to come up with innovative deals and strategies, making new connections and building meaningful relationships with his clients. Outside of real estate, Jake spends his time boating, mostly over to Fire Island in the summer, attending as many New York Rangers games as he can, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
